We were missing the cookies from our order, but everything else was delicious! LOVE their Honey Thai sauce! We've ordered from Hoots a few times and this is the first time we've had an issue. I'm hopeful it was just a one-off!

"HOT" wings? Super super mild and VERY LITTLE flavor. Lemon pepper wings... holy salt! the fries were ok? my wallet is not happy. IF I order again I now know to order the spicier sauce. the funnel fries are delicious tho.

I would avoid getting the bones less wings, second straight order that they're swimming in grease. It was so much that the bag was leaking and grease was all over. Also missing my side of ranch and the Pepsi bottle I ordered.

20 Buffalo shrimp were not cooked! Could not even eat them. Fries were eatable but super cold!
