The food was ok. Not totally the fault of the restaurant, but the food arrived cold, and the hashbrown was soggy. The Loaded Breakfast Sandwich only had one tiny, skinny piece of bacon on it, and the bread also wasn't toasted well.

Ordered a Hot Mess Double Cheeseburger.
Not only was it not a double and instead a single, but there were no jalapeños, barely any cheese and sauce, and both the onion rings and sourdough were hard and crunchy like they were burnt or stale.
Never ordering from here again.

Ultimate Cheeseburger™ the worst burger ever. looked like sausage and so small. I will never go to Jack in the Box of Azle again. and they made the driver wait almost an hour for that trash. Does not look like the picture. So very sad

Everything was good except for the Spicy Popcorn Chicken. Mostly crumbs and no chicken! It was also extremely small, more of a snack size not a large!

Chicken patty was the size of a tender and sandwich was $14. Dasher waited 40 minutes and fries were undercooked and soggy. Apparently no manager on site. Every time it gets worse and worse.
