This store has a freshness problem. Fries are always lukewarm at best, sometimes straight up cold. Same with the burgers and the chicken strips. Considering I always order at the noon hour because it's my lunch time at work, things should be their freshest. I know the first thought everybody's going to think is because you got it delivered ... it's not, I order from the McDonald's by my house and the food is always good. And I always get my food delivered.

Ordered the 20 Piece McNuggets and only got 10. After contacting support and expressing I didn't want half a refund but wanted my food, they went ahead and reordered it free of charge. The second time I got all 20 though (I was only expecting the missing 10). Something was off about the Hi-C® Orange. We ended up dumping it.

Filet-O-Fish® Meal tasted like tarter sauce was spoiled. McDouble® tasted fresh. fries were hot and fresh
I enjoy the fish usually butt today was a different story.

They got our order just perfect, fries were HOT! Mickey D's Dinner Box seems to be a great value for us. We didn't even know about it until recently!
