A large fries and kids fries was missing for the order, and there were none of the requested sauces. My husband had just gotten home from a meeting and offered to go up to McDonalds to get the fries. They refused to provide them even with a receipt in hand and then had him circle around again to make an actual order and pay $6 in fries they should have gotten right in the first place. The female manager was smug and dismissive about it.

The steak is horrible. It is so tough and hard and overcooked. You can't eat it the eggs or how I'll give them the hashbrowns they were all right, but this is ridiculous to pay almost 8 dollars for me and then you can't eat it.

I requested special items that I wanted extra of and items that I didn't want on my burgers and it was done absolutely perfect and absolutely delicious. I really appreciate your taking the time to make sure my order was just as I wanted it. It also arrived hot, so absolutely awesome. Thank you for also putting the extra condiments in the bag that I asked for.
