I love the Boba here. My Black Sugar Milk boba came as expected, however my Taro Milk did not come made right(was supposed to be made frozen). I spoke to the store and they apologized and were kind enough to replace it. For that I rate 5 stars. Great customer service and kindness.

Second time i ordered the Golden Milk Latte and got something completely different. 1st time was a matcha drink and this time i got just a regular coffee?
