The *House-Made Pappardelle was taken off the menu when I ordered, I got a voicemail saying that they couldn't make it and to call them back. I did completely understanding that it was unavailable, but she proceeded to tell me the chef was prepping it for me anyway. I truly appreciate the delicious food and thought and effort to make a dish. Everything was phenomenal.
