I love the fact that their food isn't greasy and the burgers are fresh meat made when you order. They really care about their Customers. And the burgers are very tasty. I'm so glad they opened a store in Downey so I can get a delivery that's still warm when it's delivered.

The burger was good, but I don't think it was worth the price. But that's just my opinion. The bacon needs to be better cooked.

I asked for my burger to be well done and there's pink in the middle. Burger was very greasy and slightly salty. They added a lot of cherry peppers lol which is ok by me. The Bacon Cheese Fries were delicious though.

So good even tho it was alil cold upon arrival, first time trying shake shack i will definitely order again. Chicken Bites and Chicken Shack were still crunchy and fresh

Chicken Shack - Definitely was good and the right portion but i think I like the burgers the best. I would definitely reorder the chicken sandwich again.
