Food was good! Fries were battered which was a yummy surprise, the chicken nuggets were crispy (I got the hot so they were seasoned well), the burger was simple and delicious, and the shop sauce was super yum! They did forget my bbq sauce though which was unfortunate, but the shop sauce was good so it's fine. They should add an option for additional sauces. The portions were a good size as well. I'd order again!!

I am giving 5 stars because I am THRILLED this delivery shop exists. The animal style fries are everything I dreamed of. That being said, the patty melt is a burger with onions. No rye bread, sauce on the side is minimal. Additionally, I would have spent good money on more sauce or ketchup but that isnt an option. No reason considering it's prepared at Dog Haus! Please let us add sauce and ensure the patty melt is not an unreasonably expensive cheeseburger.

The people are really kind when having issues with an order. Whoever determined the portion for the chili is a joke though, 16$ for 1oz until I told them how unacceptable that is and they were kind enough to give me an 8oz actual cup. Some ingredients were included in my burrito that were not listed nor were they included the first time I ordered the burrito. As someone who only eats plant based theres limited options in general, was hoping for a better experience.

The people here are really kind. I've had this place 2 times since being here. Whoever determined that it should be 16$ for 1oz of chili needs to be straightened out though, not to mention when I first ordered from here they forgot the chili altogether. The worker was kind enough to give me an 8oz cup after I asked her how comfortable she'd be with those circumstances. My other concern after getting back to my hotel was that spinach was included in my breakfast burrito but that ingredient isn't listed, and the first time I ordered the burrito they didn't include that. Very inconsistent place, and I do not blame the workers but management should be more involved especially when addressing issues and ensuring order quality.
