(3U) Takoyaki: quite tasty with enough sauce and flakes. It's better than most of the Takoyaki I had from other boba shops.
(3U)Passion Fruit Green Tea w/ Boba & Lychee Jelly: it is sweet, but not too sweet. I could actually taste the passion fruit. I like that they gave an option to replace the boba with crystal boba without charge.

The pistachio cheese top is a nice addition for its creaminess and non-overpowering flavor. I requested 15% sugar and both are just right. The large size is good for munching throughout the day (really recommend no ice if you are gonna do it). The amount of boba is perfect, too, since I don't have to hunt for it towards the end of the drink or having any leftover after finishing it.

The [UMe] Popcorn Chicken is so inconsistent here. Sometimes it's good, other times it's terrible. Tonight it was not good, chicken was dry, too much batter/cornstarch. The Cupertino location is way better.

Everytime I ordered from them, my orders take forever to be ready. Last time I ordered from them, it took them an hour to get my 4 drinks ready. This time they told me that my order was cancelled when it wasn't, making me wait another 10 mins additions to the 30 mins that I already waited. The drinks are good but I don't know if it's worth the wait.
