It used to be almost full of broth.

The cinnamon dippers were ok, the sauces had poured out in the big container they paced them in. I have always had great food and a great experience with IHOP and DoorDash. This was terrible. Way too expensive and honestly the food was mediocre . The soup was terrible!"
