"I'm only giving it a 4 because of the way the sandwich was packed. It's a croissant and they are supposed to be nice and fluffy. It should have been packed in a tin or foam flip top. I know, I know that cost. I'd pay $.75 more for the sandwich to arrive as it would in your establishment. Being that it was wrapped, it was smashed, and due to all the heat it became a bit soggy. You can't ask for special instructions either, if I could have I would have had the $10 home fries made a bit more crispy. (Personal preference) Otherwise the food was a 5, even a 6 or more. That was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. Hearty, hot and delicious. Even without being crispier, the potatoes were excellent. I'm coming down there to eat next time, because it was absolutely delicious. The quality was very high, fresh and they give you a great portion. I mean $10 for home fries is a tad high, but I'll give it a pass due to the rise of food costs and overhead. Great job chef. Work on the sandwich delivery boxes. When I eat the second half, I'll redistribute the meat more evenly toward the edges, and probably spread a bit more Thousand Island dressing on, even though that means the calorie-reduction will be smaller.
The Asian Chicken Salad , otoh, is full of savory, citrus-tangy flavor and moisture without even using ANY of the ginger sauce. (I guess I'll save that for an unglazed chicken breast.) It goes without saying the food was great or I would have not returned. Recently I have noticed a steady increase in prices. I am sure as a result of increased business costs. One item small fries was priced at $3.49 before has now been increased to $6.49. $6.49 for a small order of fries. Now I understand the business is being forced to pass these increased costs on to its customers. But by doing so some customers like myself will frequent this business less often. It is an unfortunate sign of our times. Inflation, supply chain problems and rising gas prices will cause harm to both business owners and customers alike. "
