"Very disappointing experience at the Chipotle on 2225 Shattuck Ave.
The portions were shockingly small barely any meat or rice in my bowl. What’s worse, the chicken tasted old and dry, like it had been sitting out for hours. Definitely didn’t feel fresh or worth the price.
This location has really gone downhill lately. If I’m paying full price, I expect better quality and service. Management seriously needs to step in and fix the food standards here."
