I am a grad student who just got back from an intensive review out of state and I am mentally and physically exhausted. I was trying to reach my minimum order for free delivery so I added a cookie to get there. I ordered two orders of chips and cheese and couldn’t stomach the rancid taste of the chips. Disappointing and frustrating since I paid nearly $8 for bad chips. New ownership has taken it to new heights, where SOT has kind of been off its game lately.
