"This is the first time I have ever submitted a negative review for a restaurant regarding a Door Dash order, but these bagels are virtually raw. A bagel is not a dinner roll. The outer shell is supposed to crisp/crunchy, with the inner part fluffy. Also, they are not supposed to be covered head to toe in whatever topping is ordered (which is probably why they are not cooked properly).
On the East Coast, these bagels would be an embarrassment. You have to cook them to a light brown color -- entirely -- and use the seeds/salt/garlic/onions, etc. to a sufficient degree, but not as a substitute for a crunchy shell."
