"I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese, but requested the cream cheese on the side so I could toast or reheat the bagel when I received it. I did in fact get (a ton!) of cream cheese on the side, however I also received a cold bagel with cream cheese already on it that I had to scrape off so I could microwave it. I don't personally like to eat cold bagels. I'm not sure if this was premade and being kept in a refrigerator, but it was very cold when I got it. Tastes good and very filling."
