No one brought it to the lounge, no one called out that it was ready, and there’s no clear pickup area or signage, so it just sat there until I asked again.
Also, the menu says it comes with crispy fingerling potatoes, but what I received looked like a potato had been stepped on and then tossed into the to-go container. It wasn’t crispy at all and honestly didn’t taste good. Completely different from what’s described.

The egg whites were still runny. the hashbrowns were way undercooked and the Bacon was chewy and undercooked as well. The biscuits were the only thing fully cooked but even with ordering an extra side of gravy there wasn't even enough to cover one of those four huge biscuits.
