"I dont usually write comments, but the onion rings were the best I've ever had in my entire life. I usually find onion rings to be a "meh" alternative as a side for when I'm not really feeling fries, but man, I'm glad I tried them. The best way I can describe the onion rings compared to others is to contrast how onion rings from a lot of restaurants are hard, crunchy, and shriveled, while the ones from here were soft, wide, and juicy. The sandwich was stacked with intention and came out looking like the gold standard of what a breakfast sandwich should be.

"I kept trying to give Panera the benefit of the doubt because I thought maybe it was just an off day, but this visit was honestly disappointing.
We ordered two soup and sandwich combos and the quality just kept getting worse with each item. My husband’s sandwich was basically two hard pieces of bread with what looked like a very thin layer of mashed meat inside—you couldn’t even see the meat unless you opened it up. His side baguette was rock hard.
The soup actually tasted good, but the portion was shockingly small for the price.
I got the half grilled cheese and it tasted like it was made with processed sliced cheese instead of actual grilled cheese quality ingredients.
What disappointed me most was the cookies. I was excited because in the past Panera cookies have always been soft and one of my favorite things there. This time every single cookie in the bag was hard and dry like a cracker.
Overall, the food quality felt really off compared to previous visits, especially for the cost. I left wishing I had asked for a refund."

The hash browns were fine, but the sunny-side-up eggs had completely raw whites. The steak tips were extremely small, burnt, and the portion was pretty disappointing. The bacon was also burnt. The biscuits were tiny, and the gravy tasted like it had been sitting out for who knows how long.
For $20, there are much better options. You’d honestly be better off spending your money at Black Bear Diner. I definitely won’t be ordering this again."
