"I am a long time Polly's customer since the pandemic. Doordash orders used to come with much fuller portions. This most recent order might be my last. I usually always get the breakfast sandwich with a side of fruit. The fruit side would usually be grapes, strawberries, and melon or banana, maybe pineapple. This order came with a few small pieces of watermelon and mango which aren't even in season anymore so they tasted bad. The sandwich wasn't toasted and it usually is. I had to put it in a pan and warm it up to toast it myself. Pie slices used to come with whipped cream, now it's over $2 extra. I know inflation has made things expensive but that does not excuse the poor quality of this order. The pumpkin pie slice was fine, but what a disappointment overall. "

The food was the worst I've ever gotten from Carl's. The chicken strips,just a bit larger than a competitor's Nugget were over fried to a deep burnt umber color and as hard as a rock. The fried were cold and hard as well. One burger was as expected. The other was disappointing swimming in ketchup and at least 1 of the Patties wasn't turned while cooking. It was only being so thin one could argue raw vs rare. pretty sad $35 for fast food. Not even able to add beverages because of costs and that is WITH a 50% off coupon. I need to find another once in while treat. This experience was hotrible"

"The apple and Brie puffs were what caught my attention, and they will be a part of every order moving forward. I wanted to post a photo of them, but when I got set up, all that was left was an empty box. I'm so glad I got ONE. The puffs are small, perfectly sized for two bites.
The country burrito was a solid 4.5 stars. With more gravy, would have been five. Order extra gravy and you've got an outstanding breakfast for two (or one teen-age boy. It's a delicious monster! It is stuffed full of everything I like in my country breakfast except biscuits, and frankly, there is no room for them.
My husband inhaled the chicken salad sandwich, and he gives that five stars. He can be stingy with his stars, so that's probably SIX stars to you and me.
