"On my day off, I was craving a good breakfast in bed. After a doordash search, the Meltdown was advertised. Usually, I check reviews, but the pictures with ooey gooey cheese were so tempting! The sandwich names, mouth watering. I took a chance with the Hittin' Snooze Melt combo, with sausage, bacon, ham, scrambled eggs, and american cheese on potato bread with a maple spiced spread. Sounds delicious, right? Well, after I placed my order, I found out Dennys has put us in a trick bag. Disguised under a different name. Oh, I felt deceived. It's no way I'm ordering Dennys, ever! The "Chicken & Tenders" Family Meal is a pretty good value. FAR MORE CHICKEN (& more biscuits) than you get with the equivalently priced family meal at KFC or at Popeye's.
Chicken is very tasty, moist, & the deep-fry batter/coating is not overwhelming. ...it ADDS to the taste of the delicious chicken, instead of over-powering it.
Biscuits are TO DIE FOR! FAR BETTER than the dry "hockey pucks" that KFC & Popeye's serve.
Wedge Fries are excellent. ...not overly greasy, don't get soggy, & leftovers should reheat well.

My sandwich order was tuna, my all time favorite sandwich. Unfortunately, it was too sweet for me, even without any visible sweet pickles or relish. It was still a very nice sandwich and I ate most of it, so if you like you tuna sweet I'm sure you would enjoy it. I would also that their 1/2 sandwiches are a very, very generous size."
