Pan de bono is small and lack luster, something that's probably worth it if you grew up on it and want the memories associated with it, but as a first timer trying it, I wouldn't get it again. "I ordered 3 different things from this establishment, and sadly, was unhappy with all of it. The 1. Crispy Potato Hash looks nothing like the picture, and tastes like it was cooked in old grease. The 5. Country Breakfast Skillet was also tainted with the same taste as well. The Breakfast BLT was dry, the bacon was as hard as a rock. I won't be ordering from here again. I typically order the Tri-Fecta® with turkey sausage, and the Belgian waffle, and it is never soggy which is fantastic given the typical texture of a waffle. The only things that would have made it better is a lil less and a bit more crispy bacon, more arugula, but the smashed avocado was a very generous portion, especially these days. It wasn't overly salty or overly greasy, both of which I appreciate a lot and the bun, while I wish it were a little smaller, the bread was soft and fresh! The potatoes were quite tasty and good, but a few were a bit undercooked, but not majorly. I'm probably in the minority when I wish portions overall were not a one platter serves two as I don't love leftovers or throwing out what I can't finish, depending on the food and how it may reheat well or not. I would like to see more options available, if possible for non dairy milk.
