1. Everything was in same Box. That was ok except chicken was hot so that even coleslaw was hot. So much in Box it crushed biscuit into a pancake 🥞. Still tasted good but not in original form.
2. I ordered 2 dinners - one original and one extra crispy. Because the boxes were packed when chicken was fresh & hot the boxes became steam boxes and the chicken coating turned to mush and slaw became cooked cabbage. Chicken tasty but not great texture.
3. So, I didn't complain and ask for refund because all was still edible and tasty; just not quite the format I ordered. Oh, bottom of boxes fell apart when I took out of delivery bag - too moist to hold shape.
