"packaging of the food was alright, the food came in a paper plate and sealed with foil on top, which in most cases they would give my food in a container, but it could just be their personal preference. i only ordered three quesabirrias, but they added fries, grilled onion and pepino and rábanos. They also incorporated two sides of salsa (green and red.) I like that they added all that in my quesabirrias, but the fries had no flavor, no type of salt, which i was pretty bummed about, the were also still kind of raw. The quesabirrias were over filled with cheese, (that could also be personal preference) and the quesabirrias alone to me just didn't have any flavor, it was bland."

The menudo is very good, the broth has good flavor and the tripe is cooked great and soft to chew, I also bought a carnitas Taco Regular which was also very good. "The Gallo pinto is on point! The papusas are good. I think they need to salt the masa just a little more but they make them well! The Desayuno Nicaraguense is so bomb! Very comforting. The platano is perfect! They give you queso frito too which is basically why I order this plate! It is deep fried instead of pan fried though. No problem with that the queso para frier they use is really good. My only suggestion is to make an appetizer of just queso frito. Dont sleep on them!"

The papusas were delicious. We had the bean a cheese and jalapeños and cheese. The pickled cabbage was on point and full of flavor.
The not good:
The fries were undercooked, soggy and tasted like oil. Sadly we threw them out. Also the food was not even started when we got there even though we scheduled our pickup ahead of time and they appeared to not be busy.
In conclusion we will be getting food there again. "
