"I lived in Osh, Kyrgyzstan for 2+ years, and this place is the REAL DEAL; it's more than authentic; it literally tastes like home in the best way. Not only are the dishes all excellent in their own right, but they also have curated a great selection of some of the less well-known dishes. Those new to the cuisine should try plov and manty (dumplings) first, and the samsas are always great as well.
