Fortunately, this portion is very generous, the biscuits are fresh, light, and taste like the old style country biscuits which I love, and the gravy is thick with the right amount of black pepper to give it a zing without being overpowering. The gravy doesn't have a floury taste like some others. This has the flour/butter/milk portions well balanced. I do wish the app would allow us to request gravy and sauce to be on the side, as you can see I had to scrape it off the edge of the container and a little spilled out. It's a very minor issue. I do love the amount of hot gravy!
The Classic Benedict dish has a very large English muffin, a nice 1/2" thick grilled slice of ham, and a standard large poached egg on top. The hollandaise sauce is also the right thickness, and is a generous portion.
