Which means you can enjoy the entirety of the roll without it crumbling to pieces on you. The spices they used are all there for flavor and a bit of heat, but not the "burn-your-taste-buds-off" spiciness a few of the other Indian restaurants have started adding. I also loved the condiments served with the dishes.
The only item that was 'just okay' was the Chocolate Dosa - I think I expected more cocoa flavor and/or sweetness (like a crepe), but it was very subtle."
