The sauce is good, not like my own homemade, but not too bad. It's not bitter at all as some are. I don't know if I detected a nice taste of spices to the sauce as well. The pasta was over cooked, but I think that has more to do with the travel time for delivery. My only complaint was that mozzarella is extra. I thought parmigiana was made with cheese. I did pay extra for the mozzarella. All and all, I enjoyed it and I'll enjoy 2 more meals.

"U Sushi is so consistently delicious. I have been eating here for a few years now and I've actually never had a single complaint. I especially enjoy the size of their rolls in comparison to other sushi spots where I find it borderline uncomfortable to eat the whole thing in one bite. Special mention their pineapple fried rice is so good , and although they don't have a hibachi section with the cook doing tricks and what not.. their hibachi entrees are honestly some of the best I've ever had. This place is a gem lol if you like sushi, try U Sushi."
