"Mojarra Frita / Fried Tilapia is a risky dish, unfortunately. The fish has to be fresh, cleaned, and cooked properly. This fish was neither fresh nor cleaned properly. The guts were left in, which was a highly unpleasant surprise. I try not to complain much but ... it's really not an experience anyone wants to have.
That said, I made a special request to trade my fries for beans and they accommodated this request. I appreciated that a lot. I do love beans and rice <3"
