"I can't say enough good things about this place. All of their fried foods (Fish (1 Pc), Jalapeño Poppers (5 Pc), Prawns, Tempuras) have the perfect ratio of batter to fish/seafood/filling. The inside is always hot and juicy and the thin batter is as golden and crispy as it gets with absolutely no sogginess (even with delivery). But the cherry on the top of all their fried offerings are their housemade sauces like tartar sauce, cocktail sauce and ranch...no little packets here! You may want to ask for extra if you're a heavy dipper. I've also had the Teriyaki Chicken in the past and it's delicious too. I love that the chicken is cut into bite size pieces before it's cooked so each bite has the charred carmelized edges from being completely coated with teriyaki sauce and its very easy to eat with chopsticks. I have a love hate relationship with this restaurant because they make excellent food but struggle with service quality. That being said it's been more than 6 months since Ive ordered here from a previous experience that infuriated me. I used to go every other week. The owner reached out to make amends, but I ignored them and came back on my own after a long a break. History aside these are the facts from my experience today.
Butter Chicken - Very well made, there was alot more chicken than normal in the container, flavor was as expected, texture was creamy with my preferred spice level
Veggie Samosa - Very well made,as expected, well seasoned, well textured. Fried properly. Missing the mint sauce but thats forgiven. Tamarind is my favorite anyway.
Garlic/Green Onion Naan - Honestly my first time trying it, happy to try it for less than the price of what it is on the menu. Very good, was still hot and fresh when I received it. Very good flavor that complimented the rest of the meal very well, thankfully.
I would really like to see this business focus on order accuracy and attention to detail, quality of food is amazing when you get what you actually ask for."
