"Food in a whole was very good BUT bagel with butter was wrapped in the tin foil wrap which made it a tad soggy after being placed next to our hot food. Still everything had a good flavor but, other Bagel joints wrap a non hot bagel, they put in a non foil wrap which doesn't make it as soggy and place it away from hot food. Our breakfast burrito wrap had good flavor BUT too much tortilla and not enough filling which could have been our fault due to now knowing how thick they cut their meat (porkroll). Some places slice it thin and some thicker so when they ask you to build your own sandwich and you aren't aware of how "thick" the meat is it's hard to judge and that could totally be our end. Their cuts of breakfast meat are on the thinner side, which is not a problem, but now we know to add extra so it's not all bread. We would totally order again per taste just need to adjust how much meat per egg and cheese ratio lol."

I think they flame grill the burgers because I believe I saw grill marks on the patty. Whether they do or don't, I still enjoyed the burger nonetheless. The burgers also come with a decent serving of fries. Of course, I had to order a side of Homemade Onion Rings, and they were delicious and crunchy. The best part is the batter they use which gives them a good crunch. Also, the chicken tenders from the Sampler Platter were nicely cooked and weren't dry at all."

"I hate writing negative reviews, but after spending over $45 before tip for four breakfast items, I can’t justify this experience.
I have ordered from here once before, but I wasn’t paying full price, so I didn’t think much of it. This time, paying full menu prices really highlighted how disappointing the food was.
Every item looked slopped together instead of thoughtfully prepared. It felt like everything was overloaded with toppings just to make the portions look bigger. More isn’t always better....
The ricotta toast had so much ricotta and bacon that I thought they forgot the toast part (ha). The cream cheese was piled on so dang heavily it overwhelmed the bagel.
Another sandwich was completely buried under a mountain of lettuce, to the point you couldn’t even see what had actually been made. Even the bacon and eggs looked carelessly thrown together, that bacon does NOT look edible to me. Maybe someone else might want to eat that, but not me.
Nothing looked fresh, balanced, or appetizing. Presentation matters, especially when you’re charging premium prices. The photos speak for themselves.
I don’t mind paying for quality fresh food , but this felt like quantity over quality, and unfortunately I wouldn’t order it again."
