"My first time having cinnabon, I was kind of disappointed for the most part. I got bonbites to try everything first because I know the portions are pretty big so I just got a box of bonbites, they looked and tastes raw before AND after I heated them up (I wanted to know if there'd be a difference). I also only got 3/4 of the box, I assume they ran out or something and gave me the rest of them in minibons, which I'm not complaining but the minibons were 5x better and tasted exactly how I hoped they would. So now I have a ton of bonbites that are just sad and nasty to eat. Genuinely the only reason I like them is because of the minibons. Unfortunately, I wouldn't order the bonbites ever again also felt as if it was a complete waste of my money."

"This place sells frozen cakes. According to the guy who answered the phone, they do not make any 10in cakes fresh. The 10in cake that I ordered for my nephew's bday arrived frozen (like there were literally ice in the frosting). I wasn't upset that I accidentally spent $60 on a frozen cake that I could have gotten for $15 at Giant; I was upset for their lack of accountability and remorse. Instead, they said that they will write that it's frozen on the cake (which you will only see after it gets paid and delivered). Note: it would be better if you let your consumers know prior to the purchase that the quality is crap. Terrible cake but even worse customer service!"

They are constantly adding new items to their menu, especially if you visit in person. They have four freshly pressed juices that are so worth the price. I find myself picking one up for breakfast the next morning. I'm a huge fan of Asian flavors and the Aun Chun Latte Special is hard to pass up when I'm here. Aun Chun is a subtle, lemongrass flavor made with butterfly pea. Pandan, another Asian flavor, is similar to vanilla, but looks like matcha! Try it on the Thai Tea Float or as a pang ping (custard bun). Floral flavors like rose and lavender are also common here. Do yourself a flavor and order Sweeteria!"
