This is it, this is my favorite sushi spot in town. The price is great, you can customize the basic rolls,and it has been perfect every time I have ordered. After my fair share of disappointing sushi from other places, I am compelled to write a review for this place. This time I got the Explosion Roll (Deep Fried), and it's even better than it sounded on the menu. The Philly Roll is perfect, both rolls are pretty, and it's pretty every time I order. I got the pork Crispy Spring Rolls and they are better than average, I've also gotten the Crab Rangoons in previous orders and they're also good.
I can't recommend it enough. I've ordered from so many places, I'm done shopping around, 1 Stop Sushi Express has my heart now.

Second or third time ordering the Futomaki Roll and it's just as good as the last time. 1 Stop is ALWAYS fresh. I also had the Gyoza which are my favorite. The dipping sauce... immaculate. Perfect for a last minute dinner. Or meal at any time of day for that matter lol

The Spider Roll Special was great,pretty filling with the Gyōza and very crispy.Very solid and easy dinner date night at home. The vegetable only Gyōza are filing but probably better pan fried.

Very good sushi takeout! The maki was consistently good - each roll was well prepared and fresh - however I was especially impressed by the quality of the nigiri!
Everything was a step better than other sushi takeout options around town. The name is straight out of a mall food court, but ignore that and give it a try.

Favorite new little sushi spot! So fresh & tasty. I would definitely like to try more items off the menu. Would recommend everhthing we got! Rangoons (they are sweet!), Gyoza (pan fried), orange chicken, california roll (biggest ive had in awhile!), spiderman roll(fried with spicy mayo besties), & a beautiful tiger roll. If you are looking for a new sushi spot this is a MUST try with 10/10 portions.
