• 8/8/22The sandwich was the worst one I've had there. It was basically all bread. Hardly any meat. I know times are tough but when my order is $17 I'd like to get what I pay for.

• 12/15/24The bread was burnt on the meatball sandwich; black on top. The other two sandwich were just okay. Very different than what Firehouse usually delivers. Very disappointed.

• 3/17/26Food was fine. Store manager or whoever the older staff member is, was snarky and kinda rude when I didn't understand how to use the DoorDash pickup buttons. I understand she has a job to do but you can be kind and helpful versus rude, judgmental and short. She made me feel like I was trying to steal the food that I ordered and already paid for.
