i love the concord taco bell and i literally hate almost every other taco bell in NH. the workers are genuinely the consistently nicest fast food workers ive ever seen. the only time they didn't do my order "as ordered" it would have been like three sauces and gross because i forgot to take a sauce off and they were right. im a vegetarian and they never mess it up, they always put the food together nicely, it's always wrapped up properly and not a gross mess with sauce everywhere. they honestly do a great job making food extremely quickly, correctly, and make it with a yummy ratio. some taco bells they hate you and you can tell and it really makes the food awful. taco bell should genuinely close the awful londonderry and hooksett locations and triple the workers pay here. it's not an easy job to make that many correct orders that quickly for so little pay and respect AND still be so pleasant to interact with. honestly i respect it.

cantina chicken taco was so cooked on one side you couldn't even chew it.   the other side was so soggy it just fell apart.   waste of money.   also didn't get my tortilla chips that went with the dip.  and of coarse I wouldn't have chips in the house. also It was mostly beans and not much meat at all in the dip.   Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco Chips and Nacho Supreme Dip  worst I have ever had from this location.

Ingredients tasted old in all three items. The cheese tasted rotten, the pita bread was floppy and chewy, and all of the lettuce was wilted and slimy. I get this food all the time and I know what it's supposed to taste like. This is the only time this has ever happened.

the Caramel Apple Empanada  were completely burnt. the Nacho Fries  were old and crusted and the Tajín® Pineapple Strawberry Freeze  had only peppers in it and some gross liquid at the bottom. over all I paid 35 dollars for something that was thrown together looks like from what they had left over.

I very rarely leave bad reviews. I ordered 2 potato soft tacos. They forgot my fire sauce, which without completely changes the flavor of my meal. Potatoes were hard. Cinnabon Bites were stale tasting and hard. As well. When these things are good, they're good. When they forget a major component of my meal, it is greatly disappointing. I do recommend these items when they're done correctly and fresh.
