The Pho is always stellar at Saigon. The broth is full of flavor and the charbroiled beef had a hint of sweeteness. The portion is more than enough to fill you up. I also loved the fresh spring spring rolls and the sauce it comes with, it was actually tasty compared to other places in town. I highly recommend them! Been my go-to since they opened for Pho but chow mein was great too.

The charbroiled beef is amazing! The broth is flavorful and the vegetables and toppings were fresh even though our order was at the end of the business day. Crispy egg rolls were well packaged and arrived hot and not soggy

Consistently top quality. Generous portions. Very nice staff. Crispy egg rolls are to die for! Try the Black Jelly and coconut milk drink. YUM, and so healthy (it is sweetened). I've had rare steak Pho, Shrimp vermicelli, Chicken Chow Fun, and other dishes. Loved them all 😍. Saigon Pho is comfort food I can always count on. (I always get takeout or delivery; can't speak for dining in.)

The 4. Well Done Brisket comes with the right amount of spice, toppings, and is over the top with flavor. The texture of their rice noodles is perfect and they're very filling! Also, for someone who hates the uncomfortably smooth fat in beef, the broth masks the texture perfectly! It's such a great meal especially after a long day's work. Best of all, the price is amazing for a large bowl of pho! Great work guys :)

This is my absolute favorite cold weather meal! The food is always top notch, to-go orders are packaged perfectly with extra care, the employees are polite, attentive, and very accommodating when it comes to substitutions/special requests, and the owner is such a welcoming, hardworking, and genuinely kind person. Take-out, dine-in, or delivery, it doesn't matter, the quality and consistancy is unmatched every time. I honestly just love everything about this wonderful local restaurant!
