Honestly some of the best Salvadoran food in the district. But! The rice was so bad! Everything else was delicious though, I just don't eat the rice. If they upgraded to a higher quality rice this place would be perfect.

The Chile Con Queso / Chile with Cheese was orange and nasty!!! Not the typical queso from Tex/Mex. The Ensalada con Pollo a la Plancha / Grilled Chicken Salad was extremely small--less than half the take out box. The Chicken Fajita was OK except they only send 2 tortillas. I wouldn't recommend

The chicken chimichanga was good, but a bit too salty, and with avocado, sour cream, and other delicious additions to put on top, is not necessary. The papusa was excellent, as were the black beans. So was the salsa on which the chips were to be dipped. The only thing strange was they offered cans of soda, but did not ask which I preferred. I'm not fussy, so had the regular Coke that came, but that might be a problem for diabetics or others would sugar problems.

The lomo Lomo Saltado and Enchilada Rancheras were too spicy for our child to eat, and he can normally eat some spice. It's was little disappointing that he couldn't eat half of the food we ordered. My husband did say his Burrito de Pollo / Chicken Burrito was tasty, and I liked the papusa. The tamales was bland though, and we were a fan of the plantains.
