• 11/8/24Iced Caramel Macchiato tasted genuinely like perfume. couldnt even drink it. the Breakfast Wrap Snacker was wet? Donuts were fine though.

• 6/25/24Mocha Iced Capp was great. It was made exactly like I requested. The Croissants were under cooked. They were very doughy on the inside. The outside were light in color and not crispy.

• 2/6/26We have moved to Florida and we're visiting family.so excitedto have Timhortons but when it arrived it taste like day old donuts.it the soft onsqueezable we remembered. very disappointed.

• 3/20/22Multi donut pack, consisted of a Saint Patrick's color donut from days ago, and other donuts that were basically the same with just different topping. I wasn't pleased at all with the ones chosen.
