• 11/21/21One of my top 3 favorite places to eat! The chicken shawarma is seasoned to perfection, the med salad is always fresh and crisp and the falafel is crispy on the outside, perfect texture on the inside and unbelievably flavorful!

• 11/8/25This place was just okay. I'm Lebanese, and I have a very critical taste when it comes to Mediterranean food. It's very difficult to find authentic Lebanese food outside of my hometown. However, this place did a pretty good job with the 9. Chicken Shawarma. The meat, tomatoes, and pickles were fresh and so was the bread. But lettuce DOES NOT belong on shawarma!! Also, the 2. Mediterranean Cheese Manakish was smaller than anticipated, and it was pretty stale. I don't think I'll order from here again unless it's earlier in the daytime for lunch or something.

• 1/26/23Most of the food was excellent. A bit overpriced for the piece of Kanafeh, it was pretty small and $10. Tzatziki was a lit bland and mostly tasted like yogurt. The spinach cheese pie was phenomenal.

• 3/13/22I have worked at Phoenicia for a while now, and I can tell you that Sam, the owner, is one of the most hardworking, reliable, and dedicated people I know. When you come to Phoenicia, expect quality ingredients, numerous different delicious dishes, a friendly atmosphere, and, hands-down, the best Mediterranean food in St. Louis. There really is no contest!

• 7/19/25Best Greek food in STL. Food is fresh and delicious and you get large portions as well. The price is also very reasonable. We are serial repeat customers as we love the food!
