the entire sandwich had maybe 3 mushrooms on it. very poor quality for Firehouse. Longtime customer disappointed

This is our first time trying firehouse. We got the tuna sandwich and turkey bacon ranch.
The tuna was meh. The turkey bacon ranch was bland. I wanted the sandwich toasted but the sandwich was just warmed up with the veggies inside. The bread wasn't toasted. It basically was just a warm microwaved sandwich.

Item was listed as 50% off but once in checkout it was regular price. Ordered a cookie but there was zero cookies delivered in the sealed bag!

Maaaaannnn! That sandwich hit the spot! Everything was fresh, tasted amazing and other than the bottom bun being a little soggy (dressing soaked in lol) it was a 10/10!
