• 12/24/22I ordered here because of the 4.8 star reviews. Had the cookies in a box which is red velvet and chocolate chip.
It was not my favorite. Cookies were on the hard side and while the presentation was nice. The flavors were below average. I am not trying to insult them but mcdonalds chocolate chip cookies are better. I personally wouldnt order here again. With the quality of these cookies, they are way over priced. I feel bad leaving a mediocre rating but its an honest one. I hope yall take it as a constructive criticism rather than an insult.

• 3/30/25I ordered 2 cupcakes, one Strawberry & one Lemon Drop. The Strawberry cupcake was not like the picture in the Door Dash app. I was looking forward to eating the Strawberry filled on the top of the icing and the strawberry filled inside of the cupcake but it was missing. The cupcake was good but it was not what I ordered.
The Lemon Drop Cupcake did not taste like a lemon cupcake but more like a vanilla cupcake with lemon filling. The Lemon Drop Cupcake did not taste fresh as if it was sitting out for a day or two. The Lemon Drop Cupcake looked just like the picture on the Door Dash app.
The presentation of both cupcakes looked pretty and was packaged nicely in a Smallcakes box. The packaging had a secure seal to let me know if my food was tampered with. Great job Smallcakes with the safety & the quality of care to customers.
