The Italian mozzarella sandwich was harder than a rock, the frostyccino didn't have enough chocolate sauce in it. It tasted like straight black coffee and the fries were cold.

I ordered 2 JR Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers I added ketchup and onion. They took everything else off including the bacon and just added ketchup and onion. This has happened multiple times at this location and it's very disappointing.

The food was good but the caramel frosty cold brew was terrible I think they forgot to add the frosty??
