The fries were soggy which I get they were in a steamy bag. The sandwhich itself was good size but utterly flavorless. It was hot though but needed tons of seasonings to help it. I expected for a sandwhich close to $20 not to have to add anything but yikes. Lesson learned.

The steak with mushrooms & onion sandwich was AWESOME! It was fresh & hot.. the bread tasted like it just popped out of the oven, SO tender! I ordered the 12" so I could enjoy it again tomorrow. Yummy!!!

Awesome meat to bread ratio! You actually get some meat and veg on you bread instead of it being 80% bread! Smelled amazing as we walked in too!
