• 12/7/24I was there last night and made the mistake of not ordering something to go for myself. Kabab-E-Gousfand (6 pieces) is always perfectly prepared and the Kadu is delicious and addictive!

• 7/31/26$13.95 for a Chicken skewer which was three small pieces of chicken and one cherry tomato. No rice or bread, even though it's pictured. Extremely overpriced. Not satisfying at all. $8.00 ROSE LASSI is bright pink and very artificial tasting.

• 1/5/26Ingredients in Sabsi Challaw are of highest quality. Spinach used is fresh (not dried like other places) and lamb tastes great. The Sabsi (vegetarian) is also great. Mashawa (lentils)Soup is also very tasty.

• 5/29/26The MATER CHALLA IS ALWAYS DELICIOUS! The portions are ample so I can even enjoy this dish the next day with the rice! And it is just as yummy! I love to order a skewer of the grilled tomatoes that also goes perfectly with this dish. I also appreciate that this site allows one to add directions or specifications and they are perfectly followed. I highly recommend on site dining but if one prefers to dine at home, this food is not compromised!

• 8/10/25Flavors good but Portions were small given the price. 1 slice eggplant by itself was $14. Same issue with the proteins (chicken, salmon and shrimp servings were smaller than in the past. Portions are much more generous at the Kabul in Sunnyvale.
