Adore everything this Store; my order is perfect. Every time. Arrives warm, packaged well and exactly how I anticipated. Ordering at the Store is great as well; the people are fantastic! Warm and kind and helpful. Consistently. Appreciate you!

Nothing serious.  I believe it all depends on who is making the food on any given day.  First time ever I felt blah about my order.  English muffin warm only, not at all toasted.  My fault???  Maybe since I ordered light toast.  Ordered butter on it but could not find it...oh wait, there is a small spot on one side.  Ordered large coffee with 4 cream....doubt if I got 2 creams.  It just depends on who fills the order the way "they" feel it should be.  It wasn't bad food, just not at all the way I hoped to get it.  Very unusual for this very consistent store.  I'll still be back.

Only a small (maybe 1 tbsp) of cream cheese and only on one side of bagel. Unacceptable.
