• 2/22/25Whatever manager that works mornings, needs to stop having employees make several hours worth of food hours in advance. Bo rounds were stale, and soggy. They molded into a clump. The egg on my biscut was rubbery and dried out. If I had known this was coming from the Richfield location I would not have ordered. Since this issue has been long running for several years.

all the condiments I requested we're in the bag along with napkins and straw

• 6/2/24Chicken was yummy! Fries were very hard pretty much inedible that's about the 5th time I order from there and they have been hard. The Bo berry biscuit you couldn't even put a fork through. It was honestly just disappointing because my daughter almost got chocked on a frie. Would not recommend the fries from there after lunch time.

• 9/26/25They put my extra biscuts in thebother boxes instead of wrapping seperate like ordered. I understand trying to save on waste, but with a special needs child they doesnt quite understand why their stuff came in their sisters chicken boxes.
