I cannot comment on consistency, because this was my first time trying this place. I'm really happy to find some good German food food here. Bratwurst PlateBratwurst on Pretzel Bun were both yummy and hearty.

A must try. Bratwurst Plate tasted like i was back in Germany. Pulled Pork Nachos fresh.Pepperoni Flatbread out of this world!Definitely ordering form here again.
