• 3/16/25Everything was amazing, and I highly recommend the Oversized Steak Tips , they were cooked perfectly and had a great flavor. The 5 Layer Chocolate Cake was moist and fudgey, worth the price.

• 5/4/26the Traditional Sirloin Tips were salty and the portion was small. the rice was over cooked mush with specs of hard rice. it was dense, and pasty. I doubt if the rice was fresh but the meat was. I would not ordering from here again.

• 8/5/26First time using DoorDash for Firebrands. I have food allergies & they have a place on their profile where you can claim your allergies. but they dont allow you to comment on them. So my order got held up & someone from the restaurant contacted me through Doordash to ask me why I said I have a shellfish allergy but I ordered Fish N Chips. I wrote that I can eat fish, but cant eat shellfish. My Dasher told me the restaurant made him wait more than 40 minutes. I gave my Dasher a bigger tip because he waited for my food and was very kind and apologetic when he arrived. Sadly, the restaurant did not send me the side dishes I had ordered. It was not an outstanding first experience, but I will give them another chance because they did reach out for clarification. I wish all of the restaurants that use Door Dash would have a section where you can give more information about your allergies. I will add that their Ultimate Nachos with grilled chicken were very good and their fried fish was good.

• 7/21/22Would not recommend the cream puffs. They just have what 5 or 6 balls on top of store bought whipped cream. Pathetic and overpriced.

rice was not fully cooked. tried to call restaurant to let them know. they didn't care or try to make right. waste of money! don't do it. NASTY
the Seafood Stuffed Haddock had bread crumbs. Not any stuffing or as described.
