I had #2Tonkotsu Ramen with egg & chasu ( pork belly). The broth tastes clean. I can say it's like Shinseng-gumi style ramen. I liked that! The chasu is pretty good. There is no pork smelling beyond my expectation. I want to recommend to pair with the Thai style boba milk tea. My experience was fantastic to calm down the greasy after-taste usually felt after the Tonkotsu ramen.

Best ramen by far in Rancho, Suler flavorful and fresh, the Chasu pork is sweet and tender, the broth is very silky and delicious, Recommend the #1

My new favorite place!!! I ordered the vegetarian Raman.... added sprouts and spicy paste!!! I had it delivered yesterday and ordered it again today!!! It's that good!!! I don't write a review unless something is exceptional and this is exceptional!!! Love it!!

Got the #2 Tonkotsu (with Egg). I added the spicy it was okay but have definitely had better. The soup itsle wasnt as flavorful as I thought it would be nor was the chicken. It seemed rather bland for $18/bowl. Maybe an off day?

Ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen and must say, the broth and the egg were INCREDIBLE. For me the noodles were the shortcoming as they arrived somehow rubbery. I'll be giving this place another try as their flavors were really awesome.
