• 6/7/25Large 14" Cheese 10-Cut Pizza amazing Best Italian sausage in the Cleveland area so far. My son and I are on a secret quest to find the best pepperoni and sausage in Ohio. And Fratellos is now in the lead.

• 2/14/25I normally give five stars for Fratellos it's my absolute favorite pizza. That being said... this time the pizza seemed off. There weren't as many toppings as usual it seemed a little light, but it still tasted good so I took off one star.

• 8/17/24Chicken Parmesan Dinner was well worth what they charge for it. The spaghetti was enough for 2 & the chicken parmesan was nice and crispy perfect proportion of sauce and cheese was perfectly melted.

• 8/17/26Medium 12" Cheese 8-Cut Pizza was so good! I really liked the sauce and the whole thing was cooked to perfection! Cinnamon Sticks were delicious too, looking forward to my next pizza

• 5/6/25great food and great service. they didnt have wraps and they immediately called and let me know alternate which was a sub. Medium 12" Cheese 8-Cut Pizza was supposed to be half cheese only but was all sausage. no big deal still very quick and delicious! you also definitely get your money's worth
