I can not speak highly enough about my experience with See's Candies.
I was sending a gift from out of state and having difficulty navigating the Door Dash app.
Only because Caris, at the Washington Square location, carefully coached me over the phone as well as coordinated the order with the 23rd Ave location, was I able to send the lovely "Hello Spring Box" to my dear friend on her birthday.
The care Caris gave me was way beyond even the most attentive customer service and speaks very highly of this business.
