• 1/15/24As usual, hearty but healthy, or at the very least somewhat of both! DIG has done a very fine job of listening to criticism/feedback (NOT that there was/is much to complain about, but they have been more observant lately to prevent forgetting to include a side or sauces or an extra item)! Generous portions & fairly priced for regular meals ($13-20)! When you order a meal with three sides and an extra side item ($20-$30) it's really a decently sized meal for two or it can guarantee you both lunch and dinner! This is now one of my favorite 'go-to' or staple restaurants in Fairfield County! Must-try a couple of times....

• 12/29/23Super delicious, wholesome foods balanced between hearty and healthy! The garnished, seasoned sheet-tray carrots,broccoliwith lemon, fresh avocado, hopdenbrussels, farro & brown-rice combo, and crispy baked chicken are all irresistible!
Even though there is occasionally 1 side or extra item missing, you quickly forget because the quality and quantity of the food is Awesome!

• 6/21/26This is Richard's wife. I often use his account to place orders. Today marks the second day in a row that my husband and I have ordered from this place, and we are truly amazed by how mouthwateringly good the food is. Everything was simply DELICIOUS! Every single bite felt like a divine blessing from heaven. I will definitely become a regular. Please remember that both hubby and I are now some HARDCORE FANS.
I even called the restaurant and tried to speak with the manager because I just had to let the management know that the chef, cook, and team really deserve a raise. I had the pleasure of speaking with Darwin, who’s such a friendly, sweet, and polite guy. He mentioned he is one of the cooks, so I just had to tell him so he could hear the excitement in my voice and how marvelous their food is. He sounded so pleased to hear that. I am happy to know that I perhaps made his day a lot brighter with the absolute yummy truth.
We highly recommend this Gem in Stamford.

• 5/25/24I regret not trying this place sooner. The hot honey chicken was outstanding. Generous portions too. Broccoli wasnt burnt, but rather nicely charred. Mac and cheese was ok. Will definitely be ordering again!
